The TF Movie Voyager Class Starscream(G1 repaint) was released as an exclusive of the Target Store in the US along with the Deluxe Class Autobot Jazz(G1 repaint). But you can also buy these at some of our local toyshops here(though I haven't seen any bearing the "only at" sticker). But it's just a sticker, not much difference with those that doesn't have any. JET MODE: An F-22 raptor.. After surviving the battle that destroyed most of the decepticons, Starscream fled into the vast space and cloudy skies of the Earth away from the searching eyes of the autobots. His alien skin totally transparent to primitive sensing technologies of the humans. He altered his exterior to easily hide from his enemies, waiting for the fututre which he rises at the head of a mighty decepticon army to reclaim all that his former leader lost(box quote). At this mode when rolled over a smooth surface, both the missile launcher will rotate(ala-gattling gun) and will fire each of the six missiles successively. Paint details paying homage to the G1 version is a plus. The repaint also sort of help hide the head more as compared with the movie toy version. Decepticon symbol at the wings make this one more attractive to buyers as compared with the movie version or the TFTM Thundercracker released at the market. Stay tuned...

Robot mode... The eyes' color should have been the same as the Thundercracker's to give the toy a more sinister look(sort of a lit-up, fiery red eyes) but it isn't! The "decepticon symbol" is not visible when in this mode. The missile launcher(roll 'em manually to fire the missiles) replaces the fingers as opposed to the movie character which have both. Points of articulation is a lil bit limited with his design. But so far, the G1 re-paint doesn't make him looked like he's wearing shorts. RATE: 3 of 5. Thanks for viewing!
