yup, not dino-riders hehehe. sen is right about the museum exhibits.. i remember something like that with the packaging haha. yep, heard ya the first time. the dino molds were repackaged for the Smithsonian Institution dinosaur collection. The battery Operated ones got modified though, with the usual motor driven parts taken out. for the small ones, the pterodactyl was renamed quetzalcoatlus, while the quetzalcoatlus was renamed pterodactly and given a new head. Why they had to do this is unknown, and it didn't really make any sense. here's a nice link: www.dinoriders.com/Smithsonian%20Institution.htm

ice: Saurolophus? 2nd rarest of the dinoriders currently sought after by collectors? hehehe. @war: armor's the first thing to go unfortunately... most of my armor pieces and human figures have been lost along with some other dinos over time. Like what Ice said, I wasn't a collector back then... just a kid with toys.

a childhood friend of mine had lots of these dino-riders toys back when we were in elementary. i loved how the armors were placed on the back of the dinos and how the rulons have mind-control devices on the dinos' heads. sadly, we grew apart at hindi ko na ma-aarbor ang mga laruan nya ngayon! hahahaha.
